Where do you deliver to?
For our smaller packages and our School Disco package we currently only deliver to South Dublin. For our 50 Headphone package we deliver nationwide via our shipping partner.
How does delivery & collection work?
We deliver on Friday morning and then collect the equipment from the same address on the following Monday morning. Delivery and collection times are between 9:30am and 11:30am. The night prior to delivery we send a text message confirming all details, including your delivery address.
For our 50 Headphone package we will arrange delivery and collection via our shipping partner.
What happens if I'm not in when my order arrives?
If no one is available for our scheduled delivery then you will be charged an additional delivery fee of €25. We send out a text message the night before delivery to confirm time and location to ensure we avoid missed deliveries.
Can the delivery & collection address be different?
No, to keep our costs as low as possible we only collect from the location where the equipment has been delivered too.
Can I collect from your warehouse?
No, we currently only deliver our packages to you.
What do I need to do to prepare my items ready for collection?
Using the collection checklist provided in your Hushify crate make sure all items are safely placed inside the box. Please place any damaged equipment in the pouch provided for easy identification. We will do an inventory check once we receive your items back. Should any pieces of equipment be missing you will be charged according to our terms and conditions.
Can I reschedule my collection?
No. Our collections are scheduled on Monday morning. Any exception to this will incur an additional fee.
I haven't received my order on the scheduled delivery date. What do I do?
Please email us straight away and we will work out what has gone wrong. The night before delivery we send out a text to confirm time and location of drop off. The text is sent to the phone number submitted during the order process. Please ensure you have access to this number and the delivery address is correct.
I'm missing something from my order! What shall I do?
Enclosed in the equipment crate will be a packing list. Please check all items delivered using this list when first delivered. Sometimes mishaps happen and we may forget to pack an item. In the unlikely event that this occurs please email us straight away and we can work together to get the item delivered to you.
Something has arrived broken, what shall I do?
We take great care when packing our equipment crates. Our equipment is checked between each hire to ensure all is in great working order. In the unlikely event you've received any broken equipment, we need to know ASAP and before the start of your event. Otherwise you may be held liable for the damage.
