Your package includes headphones, plus a few spares (just in case!). Two transmitters for two channels of music, all the audio and power cables you need to connect, plus delivery and collection.

We do not include the music itself. You will need an audio device (tablet/laptop/phone etc) to play music from. One audio device is needed for each channel of music. We provide both Apple and Android connection cables for you to connect your own device to our transmitters.

Yes, should you wish to change or amend your booking, we will endeavour to accommodate this depending on availability. If cancellation occurs within 14 days of your event a cancellation fee of 50% (of total invoice) applies. If cancellation is within 72 hours of an event, a cancellation fee of 100% applies.

Online bookings can be made 48 hours prior to delivery. If you need a package sooner then please email us and we will try our best to accommodate you.

We know our pricing is very competitive for the packages and services we offer. We currently are not able to offer any discounts. Please follow our social media for any special weekend package deals we may have on select weekends.

Yes, we hold a refundable security deposit of €150 that we take at the time of booking. This is to cover any damages to or loss of equipment. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further information.

Yes, our headphones will come fully charged and ready to go. Instructions for easy setup will be included in your package. Our equipment is very simple to use!
